Admission Procedure and Criteria for 2025-2026

To apply for admission, prospective parents must complete the online application form. Once submitted online, a hard copy of the filled-in form should be delivered to the security office. Please note that any letters of recommendation or verbal requests from any authority will result in the disqualification of the candidate. Shortlisted candidates will be invited, along with their parents, for a document review and a brief interaction with the Admin Team. The opening date for the admission portal will be announced on the school website during the first week of November 2024 for Jr. KG.

Dear Parents,

It has come to our attention that certain fraudulent groups and scammers are contacting parents via calls and messages, falsely soliciting donations for school admissions. We urge you not to make any payments to individuals or agencies claiming to represent the school in this regard. Please be aware that the school does not endorse or accept any form of donations, whether in cash or kind.

It is important to understand that the school cannot be held responsible for any fraudulent transactions made. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a secure and transparent admission process.

Admissions for Senior KG to Class 8

Dear Parents,

Please be informed that there are currently no seats available for Senior KG to Class 8 for the academic year 2025-2026. However, the online portal for admissions will open in the second week of February 2025. If you wish to apply, please understand that your application will only be considered if a vacancy arises, and you will be notified accordingly.

Important Information:

• The mobile number used during registration will be the primary point of contact for all communication, status updates, etc., regarding your application.
• You will be informed via SMS and email about the status of your application.

Document Submission:
Printed hard copies of the application form and required documents must be submitted to the Security Office. The date for submission will be communicated later.

Required Documents:

1. Download the application form and print it in colour.
2. One coloured passport-size photo of the child (45 mm x 35 mm).
3. One coloured family photo (10 cm x 6 cm).
4. Municipal Birth Certificate of the child (in English only). If not in English, an official translation proof is required.
5. Proof of Residence:
         ◦ Ration card of family, telephone bill, electricity bill, or passport.
         ◦ Aadhar card of the father, mother, and child.
6. Baptism certificate of the child (for Christians only).
7. Parents’ academic qualification certificates.
8. For ex-students of Campion School: Copy of the School Leaving Certificate.
9. For siblings in Campion School: Copy of the most recent report card.
10. Caste Certificate (in the child’s name) – optional.
11. Medical Certificate – required in case of disability.
